As part of the extension to the MaltepePark Project we have designed a new Office tower with 32 floors reaching the height of 138mt. The building is devided into several fractures by use of green gardens. İn order to provide break out spaces fort he office workers during the day. We have tried to provşde flexible Office spaces that could be rented to differrent users.
