This Project is a part of a larger urban renewal paroject in Umraniye. Thid part of Istanbul has göne through a major development over th epast years with alot of focus on espacially Office and residential projects due to the increasing prices on the European side. The Project basically has a simple rectangular plan for multipurpose Office use. each floor has a green floor garden at the South side which has a protective shield facade, from the southern sun. Rest of the building skin is clad with glass to obtaine maximum daylight.
