Kozzy takes it’s name from Kozyatağı and the English Word cozy. This Project is a combination several distinc programmes put together to create a small urban center. One and for us the most significant part of the Project is the Kadıkoy Municipality Assembly Council as well as conference center and the 450 seat theatre. The retail zones are placed in line with these civic activities, providing oudoor terraces, cinemas and extensive f&b areas.
